Dan Henderson made his return to the Team Quest training room recently.

Henderson, who went down with a knee injury in mid-August, was knocked out of a planned bout with UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones because of the injury.

Now, after taking several weeks to let his ligament heal, “Hendo” is back working the pads.

Henderson (29-8) has won four consecutive bouts between Strikeforce and the UFC, but has not competed since late in 2011. Rumors have him lined up for a match with Lyoto Machida, with the winner likely becoming the next contender to the title.
