A heavyweight battle between Mike Russow and Shawn Jordan has been added to the UFC on Fox 6 event in Chicago. The card goes down January 26 from Chicago’s United Center.

Russow (15-2) had an 11-fight win streak halted at the hands of Fabricio Werdum earlier this year in Brazil. He is a Chicago police officer, and will be competing for the second time in his hometown with the UFC. Back in January, Russow downed John-Olav Einemo.

Jordan (13-4) is an ex-LSU football standout. He had a two-fight win streak snapped by Cheick Kongo in his last appearance inside the Octagon.

The Chicago Sun Times confirmed the bout recently.
