Georges St-Pierre and Carlos Condit put on a potential “Fight of the Year” Saturday night in the main event of UFC 154, and for their honors, the two welterweights were given “Fight of the Night” and an extra $70,000.
St-Pierre scored a decision victory over Condit, unifying the UFC welterweight titles.
The “Knockout of the Night” went to Johny Hendricks, who dropped Martin Kampmann less than a minute into their co-main event bout.
Ivan Menjivar picked up the “Submission of the Night” thanks to his slice armbar he placed on Azamat Gashimov.
The reported live gate for the card was $3.143 million with an announced crowd of 17,249. Both of those numbers were less than the last time the UFC visited Montreal.
