The second episode of Bellator MMA on Spike TV saw a drop in overall ratings, but the number still stayed above 800,000.

According to reports, Bellator 86 was viewed by an average of 812,000 viewers, down from the 938,000 that tuned in for the debut on the network.

Bellator was previously broadcast live on MTV2, but made the switch over to Spike TV beginning earlier this month. It airs following TNA Impact Wrestling.

The most recent show saw Bellator welterweight champion Ben Askren successfully defend his title against Karl Amoussou. Also, Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal debuted with the promotion, earning a convincing first round victory.

The average viewership number of just over 800,000 is still a significant improvement compared to the MTV2 broadcasts, which typically drew around 200,000.
