Mark Munoz is hoping to see strength vs. strength when Rashad Evans and Dan Henderson meet up this Saturday night at UFC 161.
If that happens, the middleweight contender believes the fans are in for quite the show.
“I am a fan of both of these fighters,” said Munoz, in a recent interview with Rick Lee of RMSports. “It is going to be an exciting fight if we see strengths executed in the fight.
Munoz, who will return from a lengthy layoff to face Tim Boetsch at UFC 162 in July, gave the speed edge to Evans, adding, “he needs to use his elusiveness to counter with an overhand right or left hook. He is really good at that.”
As for Henderson, he stated that “he knows how to compete. He knows what he is good at. We will see some wrestling from him, but also fireworks.”
