The UFC heavyweight title is coming to Texas, keeping up with the state’s traditionally saying of “Everything is bigger.”

Cain Velasquez will put his belt on the line October 19 at UFC 166 when he faces Junior dos Santos for a third time. The two are 1-1 vs. each other, with both previous encounters resulting in the title changing hands.

Velasquez won his first UFC championship in October three years ago, defeating Brock Lesnar via first round TKO.

UFC president Dana White confirmed the bout during a media luncheon on Monday. MMAjunkie.com was one of the first to make the news official.
