Roy Nelson has signed a multi-fight deal with the UFC.

The promotion announced that Nelson would return to action this October at UFC 166 against Daniel Cormier.

Now, his new contract has been revealed, as well.

The former Ultimate Fighter winner signed a nine-fight deal with the UFC, according to his manager and MMAjunkie.com. The 37-year-old was defeated by Stipe Miocic in his most recent bout, and could have his contract terminated with another loss.

Overall, Nelson is 19-8 in his career.
