Miesha Tate and Ronda Rousey have given female fighters everywhere somebody to look up to.
Not only are they two of the best in the world, the pair seem to really know how to carry a rivalry.
While they will appear on The Ultimate Fighter beginning next month, filming took place earlier this year. The two meet for the UFC female bantamweight title at UFC 168 in December.
Rousey has admitted that she isn’t overly-concerned with how she comes off on the show, and Tate discussed the interactions during “UFC Tonight” earlier this week.
“I think Ronda is so crazy. You guys will see that when the show comes out. I would assume she can’t keep a man around for any period of time, so I would probably imagine she’s pretty jealous that Bryan (Caraway) and I are both pretty successful fighting in the UFC and going on seven years. So she can’t keep him out of her mouth.”
Rousey defeated Tate when the two were in Strikeforce. Originally, Rousey was to face Cat Zingano – who defeated Tate – but Zingano suffered a knee injury and was forced out.
