Clay Guida is as fine of individual as you can find in regards to breaking down tonight’s UFC 164 main event between UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson and Anthony Pettis.

Guida defeated Pettis and lost to Henderson inside the Octagon. He will also be on hand for the card, taking on Chad Mendes in a key featherweight title.

During the pre-fight press conference, “The Carpenter” was asked his take on the bout:

“I have to stick with the wrestler,” he said. “It is going to be an amazing five-round split decision with the other long-haired guy getting his hand raised.

“Henderson’s ground-and-pound is second to none, his takedowns….he tries new things every fight. Anthony Pettis is going to move forward…since we fought, he has fixed the holes in his game.”
