Andrei Arlovski has competed against some of the top heavyweights in the world.
Tonight, he’ll test his skills vs. Mike Kyle in the main event of World Series of Fighting 5.
Coming off a decision loss to Anthony Johnson that was his first defeat in five bouts, Arlovski (19-10) understands the importance of quickly moving on.
“I’m very excited about this fight, I’ve been training hard even during the six-to-eight weeks when my jaw was wired,” he said during a recent conference call. “During that time I did a lot of cardio stuff and a lot of technique stuff and I’m really excited about Mike. I think he’s a good match for me.”
In Kyle, Arlovski believes he is facing someone that needs a good fist to the mouth.
“Mike Kyle has a big mouth. He said he’s going to knock me out,” Arvloski stated. “It’s going to be an interesting match for myself and my fans and I’m looking forward to fighting.”
