“UFC Tonight” hosts Chael Sonnen and Kenny Florian offered up their thoughts on Saturday’s main event between Jon Jone and Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 165.

Jones, the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion, defeated Sonnen earlier this year.

Here’s what Sonnen said was the key for Jones earning another successful defense:

“Watch out for Jones takedowns. His ground and pound is vicious and his submission game is often overlooked. His keys to victory are his 84 inch reach, he needs to vary his attack, and he needs to pass the guard.”

Florian, a multi-time title contender, spoke up on behalf of Gustafsson and offered this:

“He’ll be taller than Jon Jones, the first time in Jones career that someone will be taller than him. He’s an excellent striker. He gets phenomenal angles on his opponents. The keys are to get off to a good start, to avoid the takedowns, and use his footwork, and circle away from the forward pressure by Jon Jones.”
