BJ Penn might have more than one fight lined up at featherweight if Donald Cerrone has anything to say about it.

Penn, who will return to action next year as a coach on The Ultimate Fighter opposite Frankie Edgar, is planning on facing “The Answer” at 145 pounds sometime in 2014.

Cerrone, who will meet Evan Dunham next month at UFC 167, is thinking about following the two former UFC lightweight champions to featherweight after his upcoming fight.

“My diet, I can eat what I want,” said Cerrone, in an interview with the Denver Post. “I’m not really disciplined on that side. If I tighten up what I eat and train a little harder, I’ll be fine.”

Cerrone stated it was “my idea” to move down, saying the UFC only asked that he “do it healthy.”

As for Penn, “Cowboy” would like nothing more than to test his skills against the future hall of famer.

“That would be so awesome. He’s a veteran of the sport. He’s fought everywhere,” Cerrone said. “I don’t know how many fights BJ has left, so it’d be cool to get in there with a legend.
