A pair of welterweights will meet this November at UFC 180, as Edgar Garcia takes on Hector Urbina.

Set for November 15 from Mexico City Arena in Mexico City, the card marks the UFC debut for the promotion in the country. Heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez defends his title against Fabricio Werdum in the main event, while two new Ultimate Fighter winners will also be crowned.

Garcia (14-3) has suffered two of his three career losses inside the Octagon, but has not compete for the promotion since 2009. He lost to Brad Blackburn and DaMarques Johnson during his first round, but has picked up seven wins in his last eight fights overall to earn another shot.

Urbina (16-8-1) was a member of The Ultimate Fighter 19 and was born in Mexico. He has fought for Bellator and EliteXC previously, winning 13 of his 16 victories via finish.
