Whether it be at bantamweight, featherweight or somewhere in between, Cris “Cyborg” Justino just wants the chance to compete against Ronda Rousey.

Justino, the reigning Invicta FC featherweight champion, is scheduled to defend her title this July. Rousey, meanwhile, returns later in the summer to defend her UFC bantamweight gold vs. Bethe Correia.

“All fighters want to be a champ in the UFC,” said Justino, during a recent appearance on UFC Tonight. “I think for now, it’d be great to see me and Ronda fight.

“I don’t want her belt. I just want to fight her. Let’s go fight. Let’s go meet at 140. Let’s do it.”

Rousey has said countless times she will not fight Cyborg anywhere but 135 pounds, while the Brazilian now admits that she is working to get down to that weight.

“I’m ready for this fight,” she said. “I have a professional nutritional guy and he helped me much easier to make 145. I can 100-percent make it.”

For the record, though, Cyborg still believes that “Rowdy” is running away from her.

“When she was in Strikeforce, I wanted to make the fight,” she said. “I try 100-percent to make 135. It’s annoying. I want to fight her.”
