Andrei Arlovski’s career-resurgence has taken him to the Top-5 of the UFC’s heavyweight division.
Coming off a knockout of Travis Browne, Arlovski, a former champion, finds himself sitting No. 4 in the latest rankings. Cain Velasquez, Fabricio Werdum, Junior dos Santos and Stipe Miocic are the only ones ahead of him.
The light heavyweight division saw plenty of movement as well, as Ryan Bader climbed two spots to No. 3 despite not competing. Bader was involved in a post-fight press conference “brawl” with newly-crowned champion Daniel Cormier over the weekend.
Jan Blachowicz moved up three spots at 205 to No. 12, while Rafael Cavalcante broke into the Top-10.
Speaking of Cormier, he made his debut in the overall Top-15 after finishing Anthony Johnson, coming in at No. 9.
